Dilaver ÖZCAN
Manager
I was born in 1968 in Bahadın. I graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Language, History and Geography, Geography department. After being a geography teacher and the head of the school for a long time, I served as the mayor of Bahadın between 2009-2019. During this period I had a chance to observe the problems that the elderly experience and to find a solution I carried out various projects. I wish to use my knowledge for our residents to live active, peaceful, and happy in Bahadın Aging Foundation.
As Bahadın Aging Foundation staff, we aim to implement the elderly care perspective, which we have developed unique to Bahadın, as a first and exemplary model in Turkey in the upcoming period.

I was born in 1982 in Sorgun. For 19 years I worked in various healthcare organizations and served as the head nurse, chief nurse, surgical nurse, and VIP nurse. I attended numerous training in elderly care and got certificates. I care deeply about elders and give great importance to their well-being. I like to take care of the elderly and contributing to meeting their needs makes me happy thus I began working in Bahadın Aging Foundation. Besides closely monitoring the health of our residents to ensure that they receive medical help when necessary, I also plan activities and nutrition programs in order to contribute to their well-being.
Dilara DİKER

I was born in 1999 in Sorgun. I graduated from the Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School Nursing Department and I am a graduate of Istanbul Kavacik Medipol University Health Vocational School Dialysis Nursing Department. I have worked in various health institutions in the state and private sector as a nurse and a dialysis nurse. I attended training in elderly care. First of all, I love Bahadın, and I immediately applied when I found out there was a job opportunity in Bahadın Aging Foundation for healthcare personnel. Taking care of the elderly and seeing them smile makes me happy. I am glad to be working at Bahadın Aging Foundation.
Kenan ESENGİN

1999 Sorgun doğumluyum lise eğitimimi Sorgun Özel Utku Anadolu Sağlık Meslek ve Teknik Lisesi hemşirelik bölümünden mezun oldum. Üniversitesi eğitimimi Çankırı Karatekin Üniversitesi Eldivan Sağlık Hizmetleri Meslek Yüksekokulu Evde hasta bakım programı bölüm birincisi olarak tamamladım.
Askerlik hizmetimi Kartepe deniz hava Ana üs komutanlığı yedek ast subay olarak tamamladım. Yaşlılarla ilgilenmeyi ve onların ihtiyaçlarını karşılamayı sevdiğim için ve kendi mesleğimi severek yerine getirdigim için Bahadın Yaşlanma vakfında görev yapmak istedim ve başvuruda bulundum. Şuanda aktif olarak burada görev yapmaktayım.
Ertuğrul KORU

I was born in 1996 in Yozgat. I studied Bahadin until my university years. I left my first university Ankara University DTCF Literature department and graduated from Istanbul Nişantaşı University Dialysis Nursing Department. Currently, I continue my education in the Department of Social Services in the Distance Education program of Istanbul University. I completed my health internship at Sorgun State Hospital. Intensive care, dialysis and vip patient care at Istanbul Gaziosmanpaşa Avrasya Hospital. I worked as a Vip patient care and service nurse at Apex Medical Center. I worked in the home health service section of Bakırköy health cabinet. I love Bahadır and everything about Bahadır. Since there were job opportunities in my field and I was good with the elderly and I liked to take care of them, I made my application and started to work at Bahadır Aging Foundation. I believe that Bahadin Aging Foundation will develop much more in the future.
Selda AYYILDIZ

I was born in 1974 in Bahadın. I am a primary school graduate. I worked in various institutions, including Bahadın Municipality, through the Turkish Employment Agency. I am happy to be working at Bahadın Aging Foundation because taking care of the elderly and meeting their needs give me peace. I give great importance to our residents eating well both at home and at the foundation.
Saliha DEMİRCAN

I was born in 1984 in Bahadin. I graduated from Bahadin Multi-Program High School. Within the scope of the work program, I worked in the kitchen / tea house department at the Municipality of Bahadin. After the Bahadin Aging Foundation was opened, I wanted to work here and made my application. I am currently working as an assistant cook in the kitchen department of Bahadin Aging Foundation. I love old people. I love my job.
Sinan ULUSAL
Gardener
I was born in 1979 in Bahadın. I am a high school graduate. After working in various sectors in Ankara, I worked as the mukhtar of Bahadır Aydınlar Mahallesi between 2014-2019. I am happy to be working as a gardener in Bahadın Aging Foundation. I am suited to taking care of the elderly by nature. I also have an interest in gardening. Our elderly care center has a large and beautiful garden that has private walking paths, sitting areas, trees, flowers, and greenery. Our residents benefit from spending pleasant and active time in the garden because it promotes active aging. In their hobby gardens, our residents have the opportunity to do gardening according to their liking.

I was born in 1985 in Bahadın. I am a high school graduate. I worked in the electrical-electronics sector in Ankara for 15 years. I wanted to work in Bahadın Aging Foundation to connect and empathize with the elderly. I am working to ensure that our residents live in a hygienic environment both at home and at our center.

I was born in 1989 in Muş-Malazgirt. I graduated from the Reading/Writing course. I have previous experience with elder care. I wanted to join this family because I love the elderly and even their little happiness makes me happy too. I am happy with my job and I love doing it.
Mehmet AKTÜRK
Purchasing Specialist
I was born in 1955 in Bahadın. I am a graduate of Anadolu University, Department of Business Administration. I worked as an administrator at the Hacettepe University Beytepe campus and as a manager in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Middle East Technical University, where I also retired. Between 2014 and 2019, I served as a council member and vice mayor of Bahadin Municipality. I have been involved with the Bahadın Aging Foundation’s activities since its establishment. I especially took responsibility for the formation of both the elderly care center and its garden. After these efforts, I am delighted to take an active role in the Bahadin Aging Foundation, which has a meaningful purpose and activity.
